Getting Started
When you go to make your first purchase on the Videoboys Store you will be asked to create an account with us as a registered user or you have the option of checking out your purchase as a “guest”. Either way, you will be prompted to enter your email address and create a password. Please make a note of the email address and password associated with your order. You will need this information to check your order status and track shipments.
Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of receiving the order. Rates and shipping times are summarized in the table below.
Viewing Orders
Checking an order’s status
It’s easy to check the status of your order. Sign-in to your Videoboys Store account and click on My Orders.
Commonly used status messages include:
- Not yet shipped – We’ve received your order and are processing it.
- Prepared for Shipment – Your items have already been prepared for shipment and should leave our warehouse soon. We’ll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
- Shipped – We’ve shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment from your Videoboys Store account.
Tracking Shipments
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name and a tracking number, if available. You can also view this information by signing in to your Videoboys Store account. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.
Click on Track your order to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The U.S. Postal Service and other carriers may not provide tracking information.
View or Print Invoices
You’ll be able to view and print invoices for your item(s) shortly after they have shipped.
To view or print your invoice, sign in to your Videoboys Store account and select the order for which you want an invoice. Click on the Invoices tab. Click the Print All Invoices link on the invoice page to get a printable image of your invoice(s). You can also select to print individual invoices for a particular shipment by clicking on Print Invoice.
If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact us using the Videoboys Store Customer Service contact form.
Returns and Replacements
First off, we apologize if you received an item that does not work. If your item is defective, please send it back to us within thirty (30) days of your receiving it. We will gladly replace it with another copy of the same item. Because DVDs are susceptible to copying, all sales are final once the products are shipped. We accept exchanges only for defective DVDs.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, DO NOT OPEN IT!! Because DVDs are susceptible to copying, all sales are final once the products are shipped. Please send it back to us within thirty (30) days of your receiving it. We will gladly replace it with the correct item(s). We will not refund the purchase or exchange it for a different item.
Find or Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password, you can easily recover or reset it using the Forgot Your Password? page. To protect yourself against unauthorized purchases to your credit card, do not give out your password to anyone.
Manage Your Account
It’s easy to change your Videoboys Store account email, password or default shipping and payment information. Sign in to your Videoboys Store account and click the Account Information or Address Book to change your information.
Any changes that you make will only apply to future orders.

Payment processing for the Videoboys Store is provided by CCBill, one of the most trusted names in online payment processing. The Videoboys Store accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Single Telephone Billing, EuroDebit, and Maestro.
