Sales and Refunds Policy
Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the Videoboys Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases.
Your placement of an order at the Videoboys Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Sales to End Users Only
The Videoboys Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Videoboys reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Videoboys suspects you are purchasing for resale.
Proof of Purchase
Videoboys will send you a confirmation of your order via email. Providing an email address at the time of purchase is mandatory.
Payment Methods
Videoboys allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order.
Credit Cards
CCBill LLC. is our designated credit card payment processor. All sensitive information required to complete a purchase, such as your credit card number or credit card expiration date is shared between you and CCBill LLC. only. Videoboys does not obtain a copy of such information.
CCBill LLC. accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Single Telephone Billing, EuroDebit and Maestro.
CCBill LLC. requires the credit card security code for your card for any online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three or four digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card, or on the signature panel.
Tax
Canadian residents are subject to GST on the purchase price of their order. In addition to GST, Quebec residents are subject to provincial sales tax on the purchase price of their order. Taxes will be calculated on your order and included in your billing. Orders from locations outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes
Prices
Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Videoboys reserves the right to change prices for products displayed in the Videoboys Store at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the Store.
Product Availability
Videoboys makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the Videoboys Store at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday to Friday excluding Quebec public Holidays).
Although Videoboys makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead-time changes, Videoboys will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Given the popularity of some products, Videoboys may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Videoboys will post limitations on quantity on the Videoboys Store web site or will inform you of product purchase limits at the time it processes your order. Videoboys reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time.
Return and Refund Policy
First off, we apologize if you received an item that does not work properly. If your item is defective, please send it back to us within thirty (30) days of receiving it. We will gladly replace it with another copy of the same item. Because DVDs are susceptible to copying, all sales are final once the products are shipped. We accept exchanges only for defective DVDs.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, DO NOT OPEN IT!! Because DVDs are susceptible to copying, all sales are final once the products are shipped. Please send it back to us within thirty (30) days of your receiving it. We will gladly replace it with the correct item(s). We will not refund the purchase or exchange it for a different item.
Other Terms and Conditions
Videoboys is not responsible for typographical errors. Videoboys reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Videoboys Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
Videoboys reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Videoboys Store at any time.
Videoboys may make changes to any products or services offered at the Videoboys Store, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at the Videoboys Store with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Videoboys makes no commitment to update the information provided at the Videoboys Store with respect to such products and services.
Videoboys reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Videoboys Store, or to any portion of the Videoboys Store, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Videoboys Store, or any portion of the Videoboys Store, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Videoboys Store, or any portion of the Videoboys Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
To the extent permitted by law, all sales at the Videoboys Store are governed by the law of the province of Quebec, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
No Videoboys employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Videoboys Store’s policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
If any of the aforementioned policies are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy, so that the policies shall remain in full force and effect.
Videoboys failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by Videoboys of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between Videoboys and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies.
These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
